What happens after I pay?
If we haven’t received your wedding venue details yet, you’ll be contacted by one of our representatives who’ll ask specific questions based on the pricing plan you’ve chosen. This may take up to 24 hrs.
Does the next payment occur automatically?
No. We won’t charge you for the next year without first talking to you. A month before your listing expires, we’ll get in touch with you to discuss if you’d like to extend your subscription for the next year.
How do I cancel?
If you’d like your listing be removed from our website, simply email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you sorted. Please be aware that if you decided to cancel your listing, we don’t offer any refunds.
